Do I need a referral to see a physical therapist?
In Virginia, you can see a physical therapist directly without a physician referral for up to 30 days of treatment. After that period, a referral may be required by your insurance plan. That said, many of our patients do come with physician referrals, which can also help streamline insurance approvals. Contact us and we can help clarify based on your specific coverage.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, any relevant medical records or imaging, and your completed new patient intake forms.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are currently completing the credentialing process and will accept major insurance plans at launch. We also offer cash-pay and hybrid/concierge payment options. Contact us to confirm the latest accepted plans.
How long are treatment sessions?
Initial evaluations typically last 60 minutes. Follow-up treatment sessions last 45–60 minutes, depending on your care plan.
Do you offer telehealth or virtual PT?
